This is a recipes that I have used for many years. I stumbled on one similar to this and got the idea for this. This is great for leftover pasta!

Ingredients:

Any leftover pasta
Marinara or Spaghetti sauce
cheese
fresh spinach
pepperoni
chopped black olives
chopped bell pepper
chopped mushrooms
chopped red onions
Olive Oil

Directions:

First you will get a frying pan hot. You will then pour a small amount of oil in the pan. Make sure the pan is coated well. Then pour in your leftover pasta. Let it brown on one side before flipping. You want the pasta to stick together. You will then flip it. Let that side brown. Then put some of the marinara or spaghetti sauce on the pasta. Arrange your toppings. Then cover generously with cheese. It will help hold everything together. Place a lid on the pan and let the cheese melt. You are now ready to serve and eat. It is very tasty!

Tara's Meatloaf Surprise

This is a recipe that you are sure to love. Don't let the ingredients fool you into thinking you won't. You have to try it and you will be hooked on this recipe for good. This is a great recipe for anyone that doesn't like onion or bell pepper.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 T. dried chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped onions together. Make sure it is combined well and then flatten it out in a square or rectangle baking dish. You can also use a loaf pan, but it takes a lot longer to cook it. You will then spread the brown sugar over the top of the meatloaf. You can add more as needed, it just needs a thin layer. You then put the ketchup on top. Spread it all over. If you need more add it. You will then need to bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes. Just make sure the juices are clear. Start checking it when you really start to smell it. You don't want to overcook it or it will be dry.
